Hey there <3 you are so young and there is nothing wrong w/ your weight… & at your age you shouldn’t be worried too much about your weight because you have to grow! But anyways, you can simply just focus on eating healthy and staying active!! Just avoid junk food, soda, fried foods, etc and basically eat clean and you will be fine <3

Hi there! For a good HIIT workout— I would recommend insanity! :) Here is a link for the videos!
& Also, moderation is key! Honestly, I love ice cream too so I eat it from time to time but that doesn’t mean I eat it everyday. So when you really crave it, have some! Just make sure that you eat healthy and only have “junk” food in moderation.

Squats are good for your butt & legs, it shouldn’t make it bigger, you’re just gaining muscles on your thighs so they may seem to get bigger. But doing squats help you burn calories and fat and it will help increase your lean mass. All in all, everything takes time, so if you continue to workout and eat clean, your thighs will start to tone and slim down as well as you workout your butt!
Here are some other butt workouts that you can try as well:
Butt lifts
Lunges
Plie squats
Deadlifts
Stairmaster or Step-ups
Kickbacks
Crosslifts

Whoa nice job! It definitely gets harder to lose weight the less body fat you have, so that may be a problem. I would say definitely try switching up your workout, maybe try long distance or HIIT or something you haven’t before. Good luck!

Set yourself some goals! Do it in increments, try making a plan for a month and sticking to it. You might keep falling off the wagon because you’re keeping yourself to a diet/etc to strictly, so remember that you don’t always have to be 100% healthy. Treats aren’t a bad thing. I have a lot of workout plans posted previously, so check out my archive (or check here, here, or here)
